Refund & Program Adjustment Policy
At Natulife, we are committed to supporting each client’s unique healing journey. Detoxification is a natural cleansing process that may create temporary physical or emotional reactions as the body begins to release stored toxins. Every body responds differently.
Please read the following policy carefully before enrolling in our detox programs.
1. Comprehensive No-Refund Policy
To maintain the integrity of our scheduling and to support your commitment to your health, Natulife maintains a strict no-refund policy.
Before the Program Starts: Refunds are not issued prior to the start date. We recognize that the period before beginning a detox can often bring up feelings of tension or nervousness. This policy is designed to support your initial decision to take action and care for your body by helping you move past pre-start hesitation.
After the Program Starts: Once a detox program has begun—including initial consultation, personalized protocol preparation, or meal/beverage allocation—all payments become non-refundable.
This policy applies even if:
- The client feels the detox is not suitable at that time or feels nervous to begin.
- The body reacts strongly or the client decides to stop.
- The client finds the food or beverage recommendations unsuitable.
2. Program Flexibility & Alignment
If you do not feel ready to begin on your scheduled date, or if you feel your body is under significant stress during the process, we offer supportive alternatives:
- Rescheduling: You may move your start date or reschedule remaining days to a future time (within 3–6 months) that feels more aligned for you.
- Credit Exchange: You may apply your investment toward another Natulife product or offer.
- Pausing: Temporary pauses are available subject to approval.
3. Individual Body Reactions
Detox programs may result in temporary symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, bloating, or emotional shifts. These are part of the body’s natural response and do not qualify for a refund or as a program failure. As each client’s health condition is different, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
4. Meal Suitability & Adjustments
If discomfort occurs regarding meals or beverages, Natulife will provide adjustments rather than refunds. This includes:
- Offering lighter or gentler menu options.
- Modifying or removing specific stimulants/beverages.
- Adjusting portion sizes or preparation methods.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Natulife detox programs are wellness-based and are not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients with chronic conditions, kidney-related issues, or hormonal imbalances are strongly advised to consult a healthcare professional before enrolling.
6. Client Responsibility
By enrolling, the client acknowledges:
- Commitment: No refunds will be issued once payment is made, regardless of whether the program has started.
- Support: Adjustments and rescheduling are the primary solutions offered to support the client's journey.
- Variation: Detox reactions vary from person to person.
