Refund Policy

At Natulife, we are committed to supporting each client’s unique healing journey. Detoxification is a natural cleansing process that may create temporary physical or emotional reactions as the body begins to release stored toxins. Every body responds differently.

Please read the following policy carefully before enrolling in our detox programs.

1. Individual Body Reactions

Detox programs may result in temporary symptoms such as:

• Fatigue
• Headaches
• Bloating
• Lower back discomfort
• Sleep changes
• Emotional shifts

These reactions are part of the body’s natural detoxification response and do not qualify as program failure. As each client’s health condition is different, results and reactions cannot be guaranteed.

2. No Refund After Program Start

Once a detox program has begun including:

• Initial consultation
• Personalized protocol preparation
• Meal preparation and delivery
• Beverage preparation or ingredient allocation
• All payments become non-refundable.

This includes situations where:

• The client decides to stop the program
• The body reacts strongly
• The client finds the food unsuitable
• The client disagrees with certain recommended beverages
• The client feels the detox is not suitable at that time

3. Meal Suitability & Adjustments

If a client experiences discomfort related to meals or beverages, Natulife will:

• Offer menu adjustments to lighter or gentler options
• Modify beverage recommendations (including removing stimulants)
• Provide alternative preparation methods
• Adjust portion sizes if needed
• Food that has already been prepared or delivered cannot be refunded.

4. Program Pause or Reschedule

If a client feels their body is under significant stress, they may request:

• A temporary pause
• Rescheduling the remaining days within 3–6 months
• This is subject to availability and approval. Rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Natulife detox programs are wellness-based and are not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients with:

• Chronic health conditions
• Severe stress conditions
• Kidney-related issues
• Hormonal imbalance
• Ongoing medical treatments
• Are strongly advised to consult a healthcare professional before enrolling.

6. Client Responsibility

By enrolling, the client acknowledges:

• Detox reactions vary from person to person
• Temporary discomfort may occur
• No refunds will be issued once the program has started
• Adjustments, not refunds are the offered solution
